“Kristin has that rare quality.”
Nicholas Kinsey-Director of My Best Friend’s Deception

I am the director and producer of My Best Friend’s Deception written by the American Robert Fleet and starring Kristin Wallace, Virginia Leigh, Rene Defazio, Thomas Daniel and Brad Carmichael. This refreshing new comedy tells the story of two wacky suburban best friends who decide to kill off each others’ husbands in order to keep from having to move apart. The film will be premiered early next year at the Cannes Film festival and then released theatrically in Canada in the fall through Carlton Films.
We cast the picture in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and in the US and were very lucky to have Kristin Wallace in the lead role of Jessica. She is a first rate actress and has great timing for comedy. It became obvious from the first day of shooting that Kristin has that rare quality that can make or break a feature. She positively shines in this movie.
We have been so taken with her that she is starring in our upcoming drama Fire Watch about a missing firespotter in Canada shooting this September. This is a completely different movie stylistically. We were impressed by her audition tape. She can obviously play comedy or drama equally well.
Sincerely,
Nicholas Kinsey

A wise acting coach once told me, “ the regrets you have in life will be from the risks you don’t take, if you think something will make you happy then go for it.” This is how I live my life, full speed in the high-risk lane; wanting to be seen and heard for everything I have to offer the world.
Acting is my passion and my heart. It is that special job that propels me everyday to challenge, push and stretch myself. I’m excited to take this journey with all of you and I am always extremely grateful, inspired and motivated by your love and support.
Keep dreaming and everyday make that dream a little bigger.
All the best, keep smiling,
